The Challenge
The new growth strategy for Pictometry International was to sell through a direct sale force. The CEO and the Board created a VP of Sales position, to free up the CEO’s time and to implement the growth strategy.

The Solution
Interpersonal Development was asked to assist with the recruiting and selection of the person for this critical position. Working with the Board, the CEO and the executive team, we created the job description, identified the competencies required, screened candidates using sales and management selection tests, interviewed candidates and made verbal and written recommendations.
