High turnover rate among sales representatives with more than 18 months´ experience.

The Solution
The Professional Development Seminar, an advanced psychology-based sales course, was designed by Interpersonal Development. The intensive, weeklong course was targeted at experienced sales representatives and sales managers. We delivered the training in the U.S. and the U.K., translated it and trained French- and German-speaking trainers to deliver it in France and Switzerland.

The Challenge
Follow-up training tools requested by sales managers reinforce skills of sales representatives.

The Solution
Training modules that can be delivered in sales offices by sales managers. Interpersonal Development developed four Distributive Training modules that included a custom videotape, workbook and facilitator´s guide. We trained 200 sales managers as facilitators.
