The Challenge
Reorganization and department mergers led to a sales management team comprised of people who had never worked together before, and headed by a new division vice president of sales and marketing. Their objective being the team to maximum efficiency quickly.

The Solution
Incorporate team-building objectives and activities into a sales management course. Interpersonal Development designed and delivered the training, and followed up with a survey for the vice president to assess his team´s perception of leadership style and effectiveness.
