Training demand outstripped in-house supply of trainers. The company´s internal one-day seminars in communication skills were so popular that the training department could not hold them fast enough.
The Solution
Interpersonal Development provided a quick fix, stepping in to lead the communications skill seminars. We also surveyed the Kodak market, recommended a number of management-related seminar topics and designed and delivered those new course offerings.
